HashBrown Casserole with Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

 Thawed hash brown Potatoes (30 ounces)
 Butter (10 Tsp)
 Slat (1/2 Tsp) or as per taste
 Ground Black pepper (1/2 Tsp) or as per taste
 Sour Cream (8 Ounce)
 Chicken Soup (cream 11 ounces)
 Green Onion (1/2 cup)
 Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
 Bread Crumbs (1 cup) (It should be fresh)

Directions:

Maintain the temperature of the oven at 350 degrees

Take a large bowl and put all the thawed hash brown potatoes in this large bowl

Then mix all the other ingredients like melted butter, pepper, salt, sour cream, chicken cream or celery cream, onions and half of the cheddar cheese. (You can add Velveeta cheese also)

Now take a baking dish

Spread all the combined mixture in the baking dish

Now you have only bread crumbs and butter (in small quantity)

Mix bread crumbs and butter well

Then sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs with remaining cheddar cheese over the prepared mixture in a baking dish

Place the baking dish in the oven for 30 minutes

After getting brown the thawed hash brown remove the dish from the oven
