Southern Baked Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

 4 Tablespoon Butter (Divided)
 Heavy Cream (1/2 Cup)
 Half and Half (2 cups)
 Ground Black Pepper (In very small quantity, almost half Tbsp)
 Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 Tsp)
 Nutmeg (1/4 Tsp)
 Ground Mustard (1/4 Tsp)
 Flour (2 Tsp)
 Water (8 Cups)
 Salt (1 ½ Tsp)
 Elbow Macaroni (1 Pound)
 3 Eggs
 Smoked Paprika (1 Tsp)
Cheese:
 Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Almost 1 Pound)
 Manchego Cheese (1/4 Pound)
 Gruyere Cheese (1/4 Pound)

Directions:

Step 1

Take a Skillet and boil 8 cups of water and sprinkle plane salt in boiling water

Add Elbow Macaroni and cook for 8 minutes

Remove macaroni from the skillet and add 3 beaten eggs in the macaroni

Grab a saucepan. Mix butter, heavy cream, and half-and-half over medium heat

Then add all the remaining ingredients (Except Cheese) in the mixture of Half-and-Half

Cook the mixture for 2 minutes until all ingredients like Flour mix well

Mix all the cheese’s finely

Add into the mixture of half-and-half

Put macaroni with beaten egg in a baking dish and pour all the mixture of half-and-half on to the macaroni

Season remaining cheese on to the mixture and sprinkle the paprika
